What is the Quality Contractor Network? - EnergyRight
The Quality Contractor Network (QCN) is TVA EnergyRight’s free resource for customers to find and connect with trusted contractors, like HVAC/heating and cooling service providers, window installers, energy efficiency pros and more. All members of the Quality Contractor Network are licensed, insured and trained to meet TVA’s project quality standards. Finding a contractor you can trust can feel overwhelming, especially in an emergency situation, but the QCN is here to help make your search as easy as possible. We’ll walk you through everything you need to know!

Using the Quality Contractor Network is simple. Whether you already have a project in mind or just feel like browsing, you’ll start here. Answer two quick and easy questions, and you’re on your way.
- Enter your zip code.
- Select your project type(s). (If you don’t have a specific project, select “I’m interested in all areas of my home.”
- View results and start exploring!

The Quality Contractor Network is free to use for any customer in the TVA service region. Don’t know if that’s you? Find out by entering your zip code here. TVA provides electricity to 153 local power companies across seven states; including Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina and Virginia. That’s more than 10 million people!
How much does it cost to use the Quality Contractor Network?
Unlike a lot of other online contractor directories, the Quality Contractor Network is completely free to use. Not only that, but you’re only going to get contractor suggestions relevant to your location and project needs. No more shuffling through tons of search results.
Another perk of the Quality Contractor Network is that contractors in the TVA service region can’t buy their way into our program. When you search for a contractor online, you’re not necessarily getting the best results, only those results from contractors who can afford to get their sites at the top of the page. With the Quality Contractor Network, you get access to TVA-vetted contractors who you can trust. That’s priceless.
